How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

✅ Email us within 3 working days from delivery at  support@shroots.com
✅ Provide your Order ID and Invoice
✅ Provide your Shipping details
✅ Attach a full unboxing video clearly showing:
  • The sealed package
  • The unsealing process
  • The damaged or defective product
⚠️Important: Without the unboxing video as proof, we cannot process returns, refunds, or replacements.
✅ Attach clear pictures if the issue is related to product quality
✅ Provide any other relevant details to help us resolve your issue quickly

Important Terms & Conditions

  • No requests accepted after 3 working days from delivery date.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for products that are opened, used, or handled beyond the unboxing phase, unless the damage or defect was reported within the 3-day window.
  • If delivery fails due to wrong/incomplete address , customer unavailability , or non-collection after confirmation , we will deduct full shipping charges before issuing any refund..
  • Refunds after delivery cancellations or returns will incur cancellation charges as charged by the shipping partner.

Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch , we will initiate a full refund within 24–48 business hours .
  • For cancellations or returns after dispatch or after delivery , we will process refunds only after the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse, and we will deduct applicable shipping and cancellation charges.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) and may take up to 7 business days to reflect.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds apply only if the product is returned through the formal return process; no cash refunds are issued directly.

Additional Notes

  • If your shipping box arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and email us immediately with details.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received , inform us within 24–48 hours at support@shroots.com , and we will assist you.
  • We may offer free or discounted shipping on select orders depending on pin code, order value, or order quantity; all current offers are updated on our website.
