Return Policy


We have made these products with a lot of love and want to help you eat healthy, clean and enjoy our products conveniently, we make every endeavour at every step to make you will fall in love with them.

In case you have concerns related to your purchase, drop us a mail within 3 working days of product delivery with details at support@shroots.com

After a period of 3 working days, form the date of delivery, we won’t be accepting requests for returns/replacements or refunds, though we will remain at your express service for any assistance in regard to product usability and information.

Drop us an email with your order ID and the required details (as mentioned under points 1 to 5 below) of the damaged product at support@shroots.com within 3 working days from the time of delivery. We will help you with your queries and resolve it at the earliest. Information such as the ones mentioned below must be shared with us to address any concerns with the product:

    Purchase details (Order ID, Invoice etc.)

  • 2.

    Shipping details

  • 3.

    Please make a video while opening the Packaging as a supporting proof and share the same. Without a video proof that shows removing the product and package sealing we will not be able to address the concerns and hence we will not accept refund/return/replacement requests for the product

  • 4.

    Pictures of product if the concern is related to the product quality and/or

  • 5.

    5. Any other supporting documents and information that may enable us understand, validate, address and resolve the concern quickly.

Based on the above, we will assess the viability of the concern, following which we will either issue a full refund or furnish a new product after consulting the customer.

Refund/Return Terms & Conditions:

  • 1.

    In case of cancellation before shipment, we initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

  • 2.

    In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned by the customer, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • 3.

    For payments done through Credit/Debit Cards/UPI or Net Banking, the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account from the date of initiation.

  • 4.

    COD refund will not be applicable in Cancellation scenario as Pre dispatch will not involve cash transaction & post-dispatch leads to refund in source account. The customer may choose to reject the package in the case of COD based orders in which case the package will be returned back to us.

  • 5.

    We do not offer wallet refunds for cancellations

If you have received a damaged product or have concerns related to the products:

Cancelation of Order Prepaid/COD

  • 1.

    Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no cost to the buyer.

  • 2.

    In case you want to cancel the Order after dispatch:

    • a.

      You can simply refuse to accept the parcel

    • b.

      You can email us the details for the return of products within three days, following the procedure mentioned under the ‘Refunds’ section.

Care

If the shipping box is found to be defective at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and notify the delivery person immediately.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please write to us at support@shroots.com. We will respond with a reasonable solution within 24-48 hours.

We may offer discounted/ free shipping based on the delivery pin code, order value, order quantity, or other criteria. Any updates will be reflected on our website For the best shopping experience, we recommend creating a personal account and logging in before you shop.
